For sale a privately owned plot of approximately 2400 hectares. This information is based on the property deeds and corresponding surveys. Likewise, in said extension of land, the joint company PETRO JUNIN (PDVSA ENI) is carrying out oil production operations, where currently 4 drilling rigs are operating, where in some cases extraction operations are being carried out, and in other cases more than ten (10) projects to start are marked and built. Additionally, I would like to inform you that the property in question is owned by two agricultural and petroleum companies that have the necessary permits for the construction of an environmental waste management center. I will now outline its advantages: The following companies are currently operating in the Junin block of the Orinoco Oil Belt and around the proposed management center: Petrolera Roraima, Petrocedeño, the Nabep consortium, Petromiranda, Petrojunin, Petrolera Indovenezolana, Petrourica, and Petromacareo. To date, these companies have generated approximately five million cubic meters of environmental waste, of which one million cubic meters have been certified and the remaining four million are pending certification.

Currently, the nearest operational collection center to these operational areas is 270 kilometers away. It should be emphasized that the Petro Junin joint venture operates within the aforementioned land area, and the other companies mentioned are located around it. This means that the remaining companies are very close to this center. As previously established, there are currently one million cubic meters of certified environmental waste, the treatment cost of which is approximately three hundred US dollars (US$300) per cubic meter. This results in a total amount to be billed after the respective remediation of three hundred million US dollars (US$300,000,000). Additionally, this land area is properly fenced and has three access roads, three electrical power points, three deep water wells, multiple water storage dams, and various facilities such as houses and sheds. Finally, all private property documents and the corresponding permit for the installation of the aforementioned waste management center are available.
